At VRM Strength & Fitness, our Youth Classes are designed to help kids and teens move better, get stronger, and build lasting confidence in and out of sports.
Whether your child is looking to improve athletic performance, stay active during the off-season, or simply gain comfort and coordination in a fun, supportive environment—VRM offers age-appropriate programming that meets them where they are.
🔹 Class Details:
Tuesdays & Thursdays
- 6:30 PM – Ages 12 & under
- 7:30 PM – Ages 12+
Each session is 1 hour, led by certified coaches experienced in youth development.
🔹 What We Focus On:
- Strength development using bodyweight and light equipment
- Agility, speed, and coordination drills
- Core stability and injury prevention
- Teamwork, effort, and confidence building
